Shipping policy

To get your knives to you quickly and safely, please double-check your address during checkout. Make sure it includes all necessary details like abbreviations, street numbers, apartment numbers, and any route information. Incorrect information can lead to delays or lost packages, and we are not responsible for such issues if the address is wrong.

PO Boxes and Carrier Options:
We ship to PO Boxes using USPS, but expedited shipping isn't available for PO Boxes. We offer other carrier options and reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for your order.

Processing Time:
All orders undergo a processing period independent of shipping time. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process due to various factors. 

Additional Processing Estimates 

After payment authorization and verification, processing times are:

  • Standard Orders: Up to 4 business days
  • Expedited Orders: Up to 3 business days
  • Rush Orders: Up to 1 business day

Shipping Rates & Timelines:
US orders may take 1-10 business days from shipment (not order placement) depending on the chosen method and destination. Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking email. We typically use USPS or UPS for US and international orders, but reserve the right to use alternatives to meet shipping needs. Your final shipping cost will be shown at checkout. 

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refusing a shipment from HuntCraftKnives.com will result in you being charged for the original shipping cost and return fees. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS, but expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes.
 

Delivery Policy:
For lost or missing packages, you must contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment. Hunt Craft Knives is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier, but we will review such cases on a case-by-case basis.
 

Delivery Claims:
We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that claims processing can take up to 30 days depending on the carrier used. Hunt Craft Knives is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or credits for such packages.
 

Out of Stock Items:
If your order includes multiple items and some are out of stock, we will ship the available items and issue a full refund for the out-of-stock ones to your original payment method.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
We strive to fulfill your shipping preferences, but to protect our customers, Hunt Craft Knives reserves the right to require a matching billing and shipping address if we cannot verify the provided address or process the order. Additionally, Hunt Craft Knives reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders at any time due to:

A history of excessive returns involving used, damaged, or missing items. Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns from any customer exhibiting similar behavior.
